Accounts Receivable Credit and Collection Manager

· Post client payments by recording all cash, checks and credit card transactions

· Review customer accounts to correct inaccurate information and identify any outstanding payments

· Prepare AR reports for Month End

· Remain in constant contact with clients both through email and phone regarding outstanding funds

· Review and process credit application for new customers and establishing credit limitations

· Process write off request on monthly basis and refund requests as required

· Conduct assessment of credit requests

· Contact customer regarding overdue accounts

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reporting and schedules for various accounts

Qualifications

  • 5 years in similar background whether it be in AR or credit and collections or a combination of both
  • Experience with AR reporting
  • Bachelor degree

Pay rate $20.00 per hour temp to hire position with full incentives (company health benefits, 401k , paid sick time and vacation time)

Work Schedule 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday – Friday
