Team Leaders
At a minimum, the position requires:

  • Experience in leading teams of 20-30 associates
  • Experience in food production/ Chocolate. Confectionery
  • BILINGUAL – Spanish
  • Work in wet and dry environment.
  • Ability to stand for long period of time.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for executing task on hands.
  • Knowledgeable of /quality principles/ HACCP
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in GMP Protocol

1st and 2nd shift available

Pay rate – &16 – $17 D.O.E.
