iLink Business Management is seeking employees for an Office Admin in Ontario Ca!!

Office Administrator:

Experience and knowledge of Quick Books required

Proficiency in Outlook and Excel required

Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is highly preferred
Answer all incoming calls

Manage delivery appointments/schedule

Manager warehouse paperwork/documents

Create company affidavits for customers

Other general office administrator duties as assigned

Must be Bilingual- Vietnamese or Spanish
